Stop Overthinking And Start Living In Present...!!!

THINKING is the natural process in human beings. Our brain makes us special. Then what is holding us back from life that we truly want to live?           I'd say that one very common and destructive things is that we don't know how to stop overthinking.        We overthink every little problem until it become bigger and scarier than it actually is. We overthink positive things until they don't look so positive anymore, where the anxiety starts to build.
