How to wake up early?? | 5 easy tips to help you wake up at 5.

 


If you constantly use the snooze button and your plans for the mornings got destroyed but now you are frustrated of these thoughts, and now you need the permanent solution.

So  at the very beginning you need to understand that you can not wake up early if you don't have any work to do after waking up in the morning.

 If you will not plan for what you need to do or you don't have an interesting list in your brain then you are definitely not going to wake up.


 You will be very lethargic and start thinking like " I don't have any work so I need to sleep for just half an hour" and that half hour will convert into 2 or 3. And after waking up you will feel guilty and days will pass like this only. 

So lets know that what you should do!!

1. Plan your day. 



You need a solid and unbreakable aim for waking up. When you will have a solid reason like tomorrow is your exam and you need to get up early for the revision, that is you aim. 

Make one for you. 

Like going to gym, cycling, studying, household work like cleaning or anything which will force you to wake up. 

Because all the tips will work if you have any aim to complete. Otherwise you will find sleeping, the more comfortable thing at that time. 

2. Drink water. 



Tell your brain not to get up at 4. But just set an alarm at 4 and do nothing. 

Don't get up from your bed. Just open your eyes and drink water 2 sip more than you want. 

Then again set an alarm for 4:30 and repeat the process, just do nothing drink water 2 to 3 sip more than you want. 

You will not control your self from waking up at 5. Because sometimes we know that we have an important work but you just can't get up. Sometimes you get lazy and forget all your work because at that time sleeping for 15 minutes is the most convincing thing.

Here, the task is to make your body up from the bed. And if the pressure will be from inside, you really not going to postpone it for even a second.

And once it becomes your habit, you will not need any outside or inside pressure.

3. Go for a walk.



Waking up and getting your studies and things done will be very boring. And then you will not be able to convince yourself for getting up on the next day. 

And believe me, seeing the morning darkness and walking till the first ray of sun come to you is the happiest thing you will feel ever. 

That feeling is just amazing. You will automatically get up at that time just to see that first sun ray.

 And walking is just amazing to remove your body from rest mode into a working mode.  

4. Take bath.



You know what, if you have the habit of starting your work after bath, You will face problem that after doing everything, You can't just start doing your work.( Actually this happens to me.)

So after getting a walk, just get into the washroom and take a bath to make yourself fresh and ready to do the work. This will also remove all the tiredness from your body.

5. Make your bed.



Some of you may do everything but still can sleep even after bath, walk everything. 

So start cleaning your bed and even your working area, to get into the mood of not sleeping or lying on the bed. 

After doing all these 5 things, your time will pass and you will get out from the sleepy mode into a working mode. 

And a simple n popular tip is get into the bed early or at least one hour before than the time you usually do.

Example. if you usually get into the bed at 10 and actually sleep at 11, you should get into the bed at 9 and sleep till 10 or 10:30. This will make a habit of getting into the bed fast and getting up early.
