Whether you are a college going, house keeper or an office going. We all need a glowing and healthy skin. 

Which is tough for most of us because our skin reacts differently to different situation and climate. 

So, here are some tips and tricks which you all should follow for your skin to look healthy.

10 tips for having a glowing and healthy looking skin:

1. Moisturize



Yes, we all wash our face with the help of face washes available in the market, but sometime we forget to moisturize our skin after washing it. Remember to apply moisturize your skin when some water is remaining on your skin. Don't try to make your skin dry before applying moisturizer. 

2. Lemon and honey water.



You must have heard that taking ACV is good, yes may or may not suit you. So, you can substitute it with lemon and honey water. 

This must be the first drink of your day. Lemon contains a lot of antioxidants, it helps in removing all the toxins from your body and make you look fresh and also clears your skin.

3. Snack on almonds.



Whenever you are hungry just take 3-5 almonds and have it. Almonds will repair all the damages on your skin, increase the new formation of cells which makes your skin look smooth and soft. It enhances your skin tone and skin texture.

4. Use home made face masks.



Use your favourite face mask. Apply at least for 2 to 3 time in a week. You will have all the ingredients in your kitchen. Why to invest money on the products which we are not even sure that it will suit you or not. Just try making your favorite DIY face masks and find which suits you better. 

5. Take fish oil.



This is a type of supplement which you can include in your diet. It contains 2 types of omega 3 fatty acids. It reduces your acne and make your skin glowing. It is good for you hair too. Only take if it suits you or if having any medical condition, ask your doctor before taking it. 

6. Exfoliate 



Yes, you need to exfoliate your skin at least once a week. It will help you to remove the dirty dead skin cells from your skin. Don't go with market ones, make your own. Exfoliation increases the blood flow, it will help you to recreate the cells, which again make your skin be healthier.

7. Always use sunscreen



No explanation needed here!!!

You have to use it, 20 minutes before you step out. It protects you from the dangerous UV rays. It is a protective layer from the future damage. 

8. Water



Again no explanation.!!!

You have to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Hydrates your skin from inside.

And if your skin is hydrated then your complexion will be looking good for sure.

9. Massage your face



Yes!!

This have a proper process and if you will do this, it will remove all the tention in your face muscles, increases blood circulation which means increasing the flow of oxygen which will make your skin looking glowing. There are some facial yoga also. Start doing it now!!!

Try doing it at night because after that your skin will rest and wake up fresh with you.

10. Exercise.



Last but not least. Only 10 minutes, just practice stretching. But start!!

Start cycling, half hour walk after dinner or skipping (the best exercise you can do). Just start doing these exercises for 20 minutes and your entire skin issue will be removed.
