2 tips to make you self-controlled /What is self-control??

"Self-control" isn't it sounds interesting!! 

Self control, so what is it? Let us know more about it.



Self control means that a person don't care about what all are doing around. Person who do only things which they find interesting or do things which are good for them. This is a kind of ability from which you'll forget about postponing your important work, can overcome your bad habits and achieve your goals.


 But the thing which comes between you and your goals is your desire. 

This feeling makes us tempted about doing something more interesting in the present moment, and usually we do forget about the important things for that particular time, and the only feeling comes in us is "guilty" after when the time is gone. 

Mainly, self control is the ability of controlling  our  emotions, cravings, etc. 


So, for not being guilty, for not being stupid in our own eyes we should practice self control daily.

Now, the question is that from where should we start practicing self control.

So here are 2 things you can perform for self- control.

1- Do not blame...!!


You should not blame the things which makes you feel tempted. 

So, this process of removing your temptations from your surrounding will not actually work for longer time period for most of the people suffering from it. 

The feeling where you decide to study for 1 hour and after 10 minutes you don't. Instead you start eating or watching tv is not in your control. 

This is your sub personality which makes you think different things.



 You may be thinking that yes I am hungry, I should eat something first and then I will study. But, obviously that isn't going to happen. This is the biggest lie you are saying to yourself. Because you will start doing more interesting things after satisfying your cravings.

 Now the time is passed and you will forget about studying.

This process will continue.....

One after another, these sub personality will distract you from your work. 

These sub personalities are very much rooted deep into our brain that it becomes difficult to control, when we actually start noticing it!!

Now, this is for sure that you can't fight with these habits and sub personalities and make yourself controlled. You will always be failing at this point for sure. So stop blaming first.

2- Observe and do nothing!!

So, the right way to make yourself disciplined is to observe your cravings, distractions and emotions from your detached mind.



 We should never go against our nature, just start attaching with your nature. 

Try to control your emotions. The away your conscious and unconscious thought will be, the more you will loose your self control.

 All your cravings, emotions and distractions will start controlling you, with passing time you will get addicted and can't do something unique.

So, whenever you feel doing somethings interesting I mean, unproductive, just start questioning that is it craving or is that really convincing? 

You will realize that NO its not that important or convincing.


 

By doing nothing for that craving and continuing your work will make yourself controlled!!
